Our Return Policy for Online Purchases


How long do I have to return my item? 
For applicable items eligible for return. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. 
Items On Sale Are NOT Eligible for exchange & return.
All items on sale including beauty products, cosmetics, accessories etc. are considered Final Sale, non-returnable and cannot be returned for Store Credit or in exchange for another item! No exceptions.
I want to do an exchange, what do I do?
Currently we are unable to accommodate exchanges for beauty care or cosmetic products. We welcome you to return eligible item(s) by mail. All exchanges must qualify based on our Return Policy. You have the option to repurchase the item(s) if the item is in stock.
Does your company pay for returned items?
3CommasBeauy does not provide prepaid return labels; you are         responsible for covering shipping costs to return your items.

What is consider an Eligible Return? 

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused and have original tags and labels attached and must returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip for which items are being returned. If the slip is not included in package processing time could delay as we verify your items for an order.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must send invoice for each return
  • All valid returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a 3CommasBeauty E-Gift Card.
  • We are not responsible and cannot provide a Store Credit for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit before we receive. We suggest you keep your proof of your return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns can take up to 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Any items received that are damaged or incorrect must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

REMINDER3Commasbeauty is not responsible for returns until they are delivered to our return address. Keep your proof of postage and the tracking number as proof of receipt and delivery, 3CommasBeauty will not issue store credit for your returns that haven't been received.

All valid returns are refunded in the the form of a store credit. 

We do not accept returns on worn, used, altered, tampered products including any sale items, accessories, skin care/ cosmetic products and 'Rich Kitty Essential' feminine hygiene products. We will gladly issue you a Store Credit  for items in stock. Anything that is eligible for a return will also receive a credit to our store. If exchanging for a certain product we cannot guarantee product will be in stock. But once we receive the returned item and is confirmed it's received in good condition within terms of exchange agreement, we will issue you your credit and notify you via email. You can apply your credit towards any future purchase or balance. If you have a qualifying return please submit within 30 days of delivery. Please include your packing slip with reason for your return.
