Shipping Policy & Processing Time
Shipping fees cannot be waived or refunded. If you refuse any packages when they arrive from 3CommasBeauty, its customer's responsibility for the original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
OUR PROCESSING TIME
All orders have a processing time that is separate from shipping. A processing time is the time it takes for us to package your order. Once your order is prepared it will be picked up by the carrier. Please keep in mind it may take up to 10-14 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to prepare your package & process the order depending on stock.
Standard orders can still take 4 business days, Expedited orders can still take up to 3 business days, and Rush orders can still take up to 2 business days to process. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays.
Please read carefully for Personalized Jewelry & Custom Orders: Processing time are subject to change based on demand and time of order. Customizing and personalization can take up to 14 business days to create and process your order/ design. However we do strive to get these types of orders processed sooner than expected. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package please make sure that the address is correctly entered and includes all required information. Ensure that any abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, are entered correctly. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is not correct.
*For international shipments, the customer is responsible for the taxes & duties in addition to your price of purchase.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one or more of the items are not available: we will go ahead and ship what's available of your order, and issue a refund to the original form of payment used for items not in stock.
